The Linguistic Society of America (LSA)

The Linguistic Society of America is the major professional society in the United States exclusively dedicated to the advancement of the scientific study of language. It has welcomed linguists from around the world since 1924, and now has nearly 4,000 members.

The 93rd Annual Meeting of the Linguistic Society of America will take place January 3-6, 2020, at the Sheraton New York Times Square, 811 7th Ave. New York, NY 10019.
